XM Labs Hollywood Florida Deceptive Internet Company HOLLYWOOD, Florida
XM Labs charged me $139.97 for a trial I canceled a couple of days after I made my order.They sent the product anyway, I paid to ship it back and now I am fighting to get my money back. They give me excuses when ever you can talk with someone.
I have been waiting since July of 2009, as of Nov.2009 they were suppose to credit the money back to me, it hasn't happen yet. It's Feb 2010 and now they can't find my file. This is an horriffic situation being tied up with someone stealing from you .
Do not order anything from XM Labs because they will screw you over as well. I'm looking for a way to get my money back. I don't have $139.97 to give away nor allow somone to steal from me especially when they have their product. Be aware of this company!
