XM Labs Hollywood Florida This company just embezzled $81 from my Visa Account without my authorization... Hollywood, Florida
This company placed an ad on FoxNews.com. They promised to send me information about how to make money at home on my computer. They stated that they would send me out a information packet complete with all the details for just the cost of shipping which was no more than $2 which I charged on my visa card. I never authorized anymore charges than this one time charge. I also never received that packet as promised in the ad. One month later I received an $80 charge on my visa card. This charge was never authorized by me. I called their number on my credit card statement in Hollywood, FL to dispute the charges. Initially I spoke with a teenage boy named Alex Patterson. He would not refund the charge. I spoke with his supervisor named Sandra Miller. She too sounded very young. I could tell that Sandra and Alex were both reading from a script to handle all my questions my questions to try and justify why they would not refund the charge. I reported this as fraud to my credit card company.
