In December 2012 I've ordered from this company (via eBay) a replacement screen for my cell-phone for 130$.

The screen arrived in January, and was out of order.

After talking to the seller, we've agreed that I'd send him back the item, and he will refund me upon the arrival of the item.

Although the item arrived to china after 4 days (according to the postal services) it took the seller over a month to find it. When he finally found it, It was well beyond the 45 days of costumer protection given b eBay of pay pal.

despite of the sellers promises: "You will be refunded in 48 hours" etc. in his emails, the refund never arrived.

Now it had been over 90 days from the deal, and I can't even email the seller vie eBay.

I believe this is exactly what the seller wanted to happen.
