ASSET and LENDING SCAM.
EDMUND STEINBERG, Principal Director and ELIZABETH BROWN, his accomplice of XO TRADE EUROPE LTD have taken money and asset from multiple people promising them loans, returns on asset from Trade Programs and NEVER PERFORMED to my knowledge.
They have No Funding References nor Proof of Funds. They charge UPFRONT FEES and issue Commitment Letters to fund within weeks.
They have you send your orgination fees sent to their Escrow Attorney, Harry Frieland in
After months of changed funding dates, unbelievable excuses, then the inevitable lack of communication, failure to fund, and the demand for our orgination fee to be returned (as stated in their contact that "if they fail to fund your fee will be returned") we intend to report Steinberg and Brown to the authorities and file a lawsuit against them for fraud on many counts.
I know for a FACT that they have scammed other individuals out of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS and tied up MILLIONS of DOLLARS of ASSET and have NEVER PERFORMED.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Edmund Steinberg and Elizabeth Brown of XO TRADE EUROPE LTD. You will lose your money, risk your asset, waste your time and NEVER GET FUNDED.
BEWARE: Steinberg and Brown have also used other individuals to bring in funds and have scammed them as well offering Millions of Dollars to be made.
My advice is never pay an upfront fee, get proof of funds from the lenders bank and references that you can call. Do your own due diligence and have an attorney back it up.
