xoom fraud, ive been using this service to send money to my fiancee with my kids for almost 5yrs,  one day i got some issued that im sending money but i didnt do the transaction lucky its was denied just showing into my account and seems i have doubt into their system but i still have trust cause i been using it for a long time, then ask the customer if i can send money after that trouble i got in their system, and being confident i send $525 to my fiancee then after only 3-4hrs the transaction completed and been claim already, even i didnt have yet given the transaction number into my fiancee but i was kind a busy for 1-2days to call them, on the third day i text my fiancee and gave her the transaction number to try even i have doubt why its been completed on the day i send it. then i got the answers to fiancee its been already use as she told me, then i try to call their customer service ask about it, they told me its deposit into the recepient bank account and ask about it i didnt send it direct deposit it was cash pick up, just to make sure i call my fiancee to check her bank account cause i did use that servie few times before then the result was nothing, and i call xoom customer service again ask them about it that its not in the bank and was not deposit, and this another person in their customer service have been check about it and telling that its not direct deposit it was pick up on the second day i send and ask why its been pick on second .im complaining that my fiancee didnt recieve the money and its been completed on the first day, and told me she can't do anything

as now all i need to do is to file a complain in their customer service and send me a form, i fill up the form and send it back to them the next day i recieve a call from their customer service asking 2 identification photo copy on my fiancee and send it to them. waited about 15days i got responce, its denied their partners its not responding to them. i called them again ask about it and talk to their supervisor about giving me false info when i call them first and second and this guys rescalate my claims waited again for 20days never got responce call them back ask about it. told me its been denied but never got responce. and told me that their partners gave them responce that its was completed, sign and match with my fiancee signature, this is totally ripoff, i never gave the transaction number to my fiancee  and it been completed by someone and its been claims same as signature as my fiancee, watch for this kind of service.

There is a possibility here that your fiancee knew you were sending money (especially if specifically stated to her) and that she picked it up or arranged for bank deposit even before the transaction number was provided. You cannot rule out the possibility that your fiancee was dishonest about the transaction. Otherwise, asking to see the signature provided to claim the funds was within your rights. Was there a reason you did not ask to see the signature?

You then could have confirmed that the signature was legit or proven it to be forgery, if obvious. Also, did you ask if there are cameras at the location where they say the claim for funds was made? You could have had them compare the image of your fiancee on her ID with the image of the person making the claim. More than likely, she anticipated the money being sent and was able to convince the vendor to release the finds on the basis of the name being the same. Sometimes name with corresponding photo ID is sufficient. All things considered, that is the more logical explanation.
