I ordered xpantiviris online and was billed for an additional program that was not ordered that increased the cost almost 50%. The billing statement stated that the additional program was recommended and "bundled" with the antivirus program. I immediately decided to cancel the order and obtain a refund.The billing statement stated that no refunds would be made without contacting customer service.

I called 2 customer servicde numbers. The first call required holding 24 minutes and ended when a voice menu stated that the mail box was full and immediate disconnection.The second call required holding 27 minutes and ended the same as the first call.I contacted the credit card company's Dispute Resolution/Card Services office and their representative attempted to call billingservicesonline.com / xpantivirus.com and received the same response.

I will continue to persue this as a credit card dispute issue and with the State Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Division. I believe that this pratice is fradulent at best and I would urge any potential consumer to avoid this company and any associated products.
