Explornet is taking government money to provide internet service. They have contracts that they redo as need be.
They wave a speed in your face, but you will never get it. They will up your packkage ffor a higher speed that is the same as what you were getting. There is no persay customer support. Their problem is they over sold their lines. Evenings are so low you can not load a web page.. Call them and pay more to up your speed and you get the same problem. They are getting government money for what?
Check their Facebook page... If you say too much on their facebook you get banned.
