J.Douglas Nicholas And Cassilas Scammed $150.00 for a half payment of a phone. Melbourne Florida
It all started by looking for N96 phones. He has it advertised for $350.00 on free ads. I contacted the seller by e-mail and the seller contacted me. He added me to msn threw my permission. I told him I can only accept Paypal for security reasons and explained how western union is for scams. He was apologying and claimed to ask his so called boss to make an exception for me and he said he can take half payment for now and half later when I get my item threw fedex.
When I sent the money it wasn't picked up till the next day in which he said he already shipped my item. I kept asking for tracking number and he said it will take 24 hours which is bull... Then the next day he said "Sorry my boss said he needs full payment and your shipment has been stopped" which is bull because once you ship to destination thats it! I started to say about my money he said its with the shipping company and then I told him ok, you lost 300 customers.. he was desperate to know who they are.. I am like "I told them your a nigerian scammer" he was angry and then hes like "I apology i will reship your item". Seems like hes a childish scammer because the next day he emailed saying "sorry my boss didn't accept" I am like whatever stupid scammer and cursed him out verbally on the phone when he called me on a private number.
