My daughter has been humiliated, turned down, and a couple of times TURNED BACK from working out at the local Naperville, IL facility because according to them "My account is not current". 

However, the fact is that, I've been on an autopay cycle using a credit card without ANY issues of any kind with respect to it (that is, my credit card).

It started happening late summer of 2013, after my daughter had signed several months prior to that.

Apparently, a little health related setback prevented my daughter to be using the Xsport facility for several months and during which time my credit card on file was also compromised due to security/hacker breach.

Replaced the old credit card with a new one in person to ensure everything was in order, the club's "Muscle Flexing" but Dumb-witted guys would still harass & humilate her; and at times, would turn her away siting the reason that the account is not current.

One of the Managers (Dimitry) acknowledged that the issue was at their end and that my account was current, which was incidentally acknowledged by someone from the corporate also that it was a "Computer Glitch..." casued this misunderstanding. The worst was, they had the audacity to let my daughter who was a minor then, without explaining the situation to an adult in (my wife or myself) in the family. 

Anyways, it appeared as though the things kinda seem to have settled in for the past few months...until today, Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014. As she was again reminded (by Tony) that the "account being current".

Folks, please know that along with my daughter, my wife and I, as parents are also subjected to this embarrassment and humiliation of this ridiculous proportion...and ALL OF THIS FOR NO FAULT OF MINE or US (as a family).

As a consumer in good standing, this is absolutely irresponsible and deceitful business practice on the part of Xsport Fitness and their management.

We as a family, feel completely humiliated and for not wanting to use the word "discrimination", however, definitely feel singled out. Because if it is indeed a "computer glitch", then it should be huge number of customers should be subjected to this "humiliation" all at once; but so far, 

Buyer Beware when choosing your fitness needs as this company does not seem to have the care and sensitivity toward their valued patrons who provide their livelihood.
