From what Ive read, the two previous writers absolutely hit the nail on the head regarding XTS Global. Their insight was prescient and accurate. Though I worked with them as an independent contractor for a short time (I am an independent marketing consultant with 20 years experience (named one of the Ten most Influential People in my core industry of practice,) the atmosphere was mind-boggling.
Interns came and went on a daily basis. None were paid interns; some traveling as much as an hour without any compensation for gas or parking. The business was a revolving door of glass roomed offices and enormous conference room all of the settings for what could be construed as a legitimate business.
Regardless of my background, the principle Adam Bierman refused that I direct contact with the clients I was working with although it was by far a more effective/time saving way of working. I was informed that clients were required to pay for services up front, yet none of the contractors were paid at the same time as promised.
When I left (as offices were being dismantled because the partners were supposedly splitting,) Adam was supposed to have a new company and offices within days. His new company is called Brand X but again, as of today, I can no longer find the website nor has he moved his offices. This is a man on the run. As the previous ripoff writer noted, heading nothing more than a ponzi scheme. I take full responsibility for not following my gut with this client (let the buyer beware) however I do intend to pursue the matter of my unpaid invoice (which had a $2,000.00 discount) legally. I will be doing this within the next two weeks. If you are reading this and would like to join the suit or escalate it to a class action suit that would also include clients that were ripped off, please post a message on this board.

I realize that this report was written a year ago. Adam Bierman had since started a new Marketing company called The Brand X Group, in Inglewood (www.thebrandxgroup.com). But his business practices remains the same. It's the same story all over again, just with a different company name.
To all that is reading, please AVOID doing business with Adam Bierman and The Brand X Group.
