Bought my Porsche from Bluegrass Auto, and was pursuaded by the salesman to purchase Xzilon. It supposedly offers total protection for interior and exterior. Since we had light beige interior, we bought this protection plan. It does NOT protect against fabric stains. If anything, it enhances them. I have never had leather upholstery absorb color from my pants. Child car seats completely destroyed the fabric. After removing them, the entire seats were all black. When I tried to submit a claim online (639062), it got rejected because I only had 60 days to report the stains from the time they happened. This detail was never explained to us by the salesman, and finally after inspecting the contract, I found it in small print on the back--typical scammer tactic. Even if we knew about the 60 day rule, children don't grow out of car seats in 60 days, and we can't stop wearing pants that would cause stains in the seats. What good will that do us? They offered to have the car detailed for free, but we already tried that. Didn't work.
