Yahoo ripoff thieves, ripoff business from hell, the business that doesn't give a dam Yahoo Internet
Recently I submitted an item on Yahoo's auction. It was on there for 7 days and when there was 3 hours left until the auction closed it was CANCELLED! by customer service. They have this thing called "neighborhood watch" where anybody can go in and vote against your auction,3 votes and they cancel your auction. They said it was a violation of the "terms of service", so I reread the "terms of service" 3 times and yet have found anything that I did wrong.
So I called Yahoo customer service on the phone to see what was the problem and they were very rude and didn't give a sh-t about my problem and said that since it was a violation of the "terms of service" (which it wasn't)they couldn't help me! so I demanded my money back and they refused! the problem I have with this is they accepted the auction then let me spend extra money featuring the item and then turned around and cancelled it! AND KEPT MY MONEY! They are a RIPOFF!!!!
They are so big they don't care! This so called Neighborhood watch is totally F-cked up! There is noway for them to regulate this watch thing- people that have been cancelled before that had legite auctions can go in there and cancell your auction just to get back at Yahoo-which I think is happening. Go to ebay and let Yahoo know that this will not be tolerated anymore! F-cken Ripoffs! Crooks! Thieves!
