 I opened my account in September of 2015. Worst decision of my life. The way the Cricket lady described it was i pay the cost of the phone, which was 229.98, through payments and thats all. She failed to mention that after 90 days, i have to pay more than double of that. I have paid more than 300 dollars and they still say i owe 199.16 even though two payments have gone though. They are taking my money and are not putting it towards paying this off. It is disappearing almost into thin air. I called the customer service and he told me 65% of each payment goes towards the amount due, and i still have to make all of the 26 payments (11 of which have already been processed). DO NOT open a loan with this company. They will rip you off and will leave out crucial information that will drive your finances into a hole.
