I have sooooo much more to write, but for starters this company has the saddest compensation package for any advertising sales job I know, especially for the work we had to do and stress we had to put up with. You end up spending more than you make on gas and expenses driving 2.5 hours away some days to make a sale that you make $1.82 on because you're only paid 1.75% on revenue. Plus, nobody even likes the product because Yellow Book doesn't even advertise effectively when they're trying to penetrate a market (pretty ironic I might add), on top of the fact that Yellow Book USA-Savannah is an independent yellow page directory that will probably fail to hit start dollars their second year in Savannah anyway. Let me just say that when a company is losing it's top performers one by one then something isn't right with the 'COMPANY!'

PLEASE don't work here if you desire to survive financially. You would be much better off working for a utility phone book, such as At&t/BellSouth. Even though you have to deal with a lot of stress, at least you're getting paid along with it, instead of having to deal with your RVP constantly stringing you along and making false promises that it will get better if you just "hang on" and going Bankrupt and on Welfare in the process!

Things got so bad betwwen me and Yellowbook USA that I had to file an "injuction against harrassment" against Yellowbook USA. So I guess that tells you what kind of business they are.

I don't forsee needing a welfare application. It's regretable that some reps don't achieve their goals within the company. Good luck.
