YellowUS Pages Ripped off for trial listing and billed 60 days later New York City New York
In May, 2013, I received a telemarketing phone call from an aggressive sales person, who persuaded me to sign up for a two month trial listing on Yellow US Pages. I made it clear that I would agree to the trial, and she then gave me a complicated password to opt to and cancel. After about three, weeks, I did just that, but received no confirmation.
I don't even see a listing for our company, I received by fax a bill for 770.79. and have received two phone calls from rude agressive and nasty bill collectors, both who hung up on me when I said that I had no obligation.
This is a fraudulent company, which should be investigated by the FTC and put out of business. Beware!
