I thought it was just me who expieranced bad customer service in the stores until I came here. One incident,I had just got my sprint phone and was unaware of the payment machine.
So I walked up to the counter,to make a payment. I literaly stood there for 30 minutes,everytime the rep would turn around Id say something and he would ignore me,finally I seen this line of people at a machine and realized thats where payments are made.
After I was done I walked back up to the counter,to discuss how to add inter-national calling on my phone, I again stood there for a long duration of time.
A couple came in after me walked up to the counter,looking at phones,and they got assistance right away. I was pretty pissed at this and walked out. I refuse to go into a sprint PCS store again. I make my payments over the phone,and on Sept 6th Im getting rid of them. And going with Verizon. And encourage everyone to cancel sprint.
