 Do not I repeat do not move in this community...the management is horrible..my roof has been peaking for months..mold growing in my home..faucet leaking outside...in your lease it states. Any problems will be resolved within 24-48 hours it's months later and only after you threaten to call the health department The maintenence crew is lazy have called repeatedly about 2 wasps nest at elementary school busstop..nothing has been done my son has been stung twice and still nothing done.. They say they have 2 pools open yeah right they are barely open and they usually open 1 Rent do on first but if u don't pay by 6th at 1200 pm they charge u a 150 legal fee which they are wasting taxpayers money ( these are the words of a Dorchester County police officer) BY Issuing eviction notices buy not informing the courts the rent was paid so these cops come waist taxpayers money to serve evictions on people who were 1 day late on their rent If u contact their cooperate offices you will get no help as well as an attitude Chanel Butler is useless all they do is move in new homes but do not take care of the tenants they have I'm still waiting to get mold our of trailer ( 6 mnths now) along 20th my faucet fixed ( 2 mnths now) Take my advice do not rent from these people their all lying thieves.

This resident's roof was replaced early this year and it has not leaked since that time. The community manager walked this resident's home with maintenance on August 24th, 2016 and at that time the resident had not complaints of the roof leaking. The resident did mention she thought something was going on with her outside faucet becasue she had to keep turning it off, but she said she thought it was just the neighbor children turning it on, so the community manager did not start a work order at that time. That being said the community manager did put in a work order for maintenance to look at the outside faucet at this time. In regards to the picture, that is not mold it is simply water stains from the previous leak in the roof, prior to the roof being replaced earlier this year. The community is having maintenance address this issue as well. While it is not a health issue or concern, it is unpleasant to look at and maintenance will get this resolved for the resident. In regards to the mention of the community collected late or legal fees, the community does follow the payment policies outlined in the lease that each resident must agree to and sign prior to moving into the community. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the community managment has either addressed all of these issues/concerns or are doing so now that they have been brought to their attention via this post.
