Yiwu Hongyu Plastic Product Co., LTD 金华市虹昱玩具有限公司 Big fraud charging deposit and never ship out orders Jinhua Zhejiang
We, Pure Global Brands, Inc. have been doing trading business with Chinese manufacturers for many years and we used to purchase inflatable air beds/toys from this company: Yiwu Hongshang Plastic Products Co., LTD starting from 2019.
In 2020, we placed 4 orders purchasing “Pure Boxing punch N play for kids” and “Heavy bags for kids” from this supplier. As initially agreed, they are shipping all 4 orders in September 2020 and we paid 30% initial deposit/70% N45 days after cargo getting on board as payment term. This supplier broke contract with Pure Global Brands by asking increasing deposit percentage from 30% to 50% and increase the price by 8%. After long period of negotiation, Pure Global Brands paid total up to 75% deposit to this supplier (Yiwu Hongshang Plastic Products Co., LTD) but they still refuse to ship all 4 cargos and denied refunding money back. This is a big fraud from this Chinese supplier/factory, and they (Yiwu Hongshang Plastic Products Co., LTD) should be banned from doing any business with US clients.
