I purchased a puppy from this USDA licensed breeder on 11/21/2009. 3 days later took puppy to the vet for a checkup and because noted a terrible smell coming from her ears and the puppy cried when she scratched at them. My puppy had 2 badly infected ears caused from a severe ear mite infestation. My puppy also had bloody stools from day 1 that turned out to be giardia. I contacted seller figuring she would be horrified to find out her dogs have contagious diseases. She simply informed me that "puppies get sick and she would check the other puppies." Seller's guarantee does not cover "parasites (internal or external), Coccidia, Giardia, Hypoglycemia, Hepatitis or mites. It also does not cover the following "Minor flaws" or any other condition that is minor and/or those that can be corrected by a veterinarian: Open fontanel, collapsing trachea, patella luxation." Seller easily had 50+ puppies in the room our puppy came from. This week I found out she never quit selling puppies from that room even after I notified her of my puppy's condition. I was contacted by a buyer who purchased 2 puppies on December 4, 2009. Their new puppies came with the same illnesses mine has and they now have large vet bills to go with their new puppies as well. Buyer Beware. If you buy there plan on having money in savings for the vet bills you WILL have after you get your new puppy home.
