yolo county c/\.p.s. judge steven basha yolocounty judge gave soul custody to mother who was convicted of sexual child abuse and wilful child cruelty woodland, California
well the case is over and rhe mother of my boy who now has another boy of mine and is in tulsa okla. because i sent her there to have myother son so calif. cps wouldnt take has turned her back onme and put protective order on me and i was the one to mention for her to go there thats where my family is but they wouldnt help. so sh went to a shelter and they brainwashed her and now she wont bring my sons home. she got there by jet plane. it eas paid for by her public defender lawyer who gave her money cell phone plane ticket. before she was to leave we decided for her to stay and we would do services to get both boys back. so i went to store and when i came back she was gone only left a note saying "i will be back with our two sons i promise and ilove you. but shes there and against me so how doew a public lawyer get to pay for her and how does she get sole custody of my son while in okla. she didnt have to appear in calif court which i did and she didnt even have to appear by phone which i had to one time.
now i want to know how does a judge not obey theI.W.C.A IWCA laws and then make rulings on someone in another state who dodnt go to court? the bottom line on all this is ..judge basha did not follow IWCA guidelines at all and gives sole custody to someone with that kind of a record and she in another state? i just dont see it do the calif laws he ruled om apply to somebody in another state that didnt go to court? i went to tulsa but could not locate her but i know now she is at a place called D.V.I.S. and they got her in an undisclosed place. but i found out anyway shes resides in a gated community apt. complex part of DVIS and wont call or anything . i am tempted to go back there(thats where i grew up) to my own back yard and just take my sons and leave her there.
THIS IS TO JUDGE BASHA AND ALL THE COS PEOPLE ...YOU HAVE DONE RIPPED APART AN NATIVE AMERICAN FAMILY AND PUT MY BOYS INTO REAL DANGER BECAUSE OF HER RECORD THAT YOU ALL KNEW ABOUT JUST TO GET YOUR PAYCHECK... me being of crazy horse decent will not stand back idely and let this go on you know she lost 6 other children to cps in the past which idid not know about .if i have to give mylife for my people then thats what i have to do just cause i am native. you are trying to keep me down just as throughtout history. but once in a great while there is one that will stand and deliver and that native is me. SO BE IT AHOA GRANDFATHER KEEP WATCH OVER MY SONS UNTIL THE DAY I GET THEM
