I was dumb enough to do a business venture with Yonas. He did not even have any money in his bank account to show proof of funds, but was loaned a $2000 check from a company he was working with. After I saw that he had the funds to cover his portion of the venture, I sent him $1200. Our business venture was for an event in Washington for an after party on November 10, 2017.
The contract stated that the event would be held at Q Nightclub, and that if the event did not happen for any reason, then I would receive my investment back. We also had in the agreement that I would get $25 a day until I was paid my $1200 back. On the day of the event, I was sent a picture of a flyer with a different address. This was a breach of our contract because I did not agree to the new venue. He assured me that everything was fine, and that he was on his way to rent an Escalade for the party.
The next day, I asked for pictures and videos of the event, which he did not provide. He told me that he would have my money back to me by November 17, 2017. It is now December 28, 2017 and I have still not received my money back. I have spoke to him on the phone many times where he claims he will have money to pay me back by the end of the week, but then I never get my money. In my opinion, I have been more than patient with him, but I just am tired of waiting.
Sorry Yonas... I gave you your time, but your time is up.

Yonas Haile owes me money. I'm not going to say much details in the hopes of getting it back. It wasn't too much money, under $100 but this guy scammed me. I fell for it and this guy kept lying and lying and lying on the phone. If I collect, I'll delete this but for this comment stays. If anybody has more info about him that would be appreciated.
