This is false as the contract took place on the 17th I was promised leads to be delivered on the 23rd and did not receive leads until the 25th Yes I did freak out because I could not reach you via phone and you would not respond to messages left as I had just wired you $700.00 I am by no means slandering the company rather letting the public know of my transaction so that someone else does not go through what I have. As the public can see in your response your name calling and your slandering of me and this web-site.
Here is my complaint I started with a contract stating all leads would be above 6% and I would get 5 a day for 4 days starting on the 23rd. I did not receive leads until the 25th in which I received 4 leads I DID call all 4 that night one was in wrong state and one said they never got contacted by anyone, one I tool full application on and they were underwater on the home which warranted the email above and one still has not answered the phone.
I then did not receive any leads for another 3 days so yes I still tried to contact Jason via phone with no response only to my emails I had no choice but to ask for a refund as I was uncomfortable with the transaction. Then after his arrogance and name calling he continued to send me leads outside of the perimeters promised. I did lose it as anyone would at this point. I then did apologize as seen above in an attempt to try another approach to get my leads as promised as the other approach was not getting me anywhere, then on the 16th day of this transaction he sent me more leads again outside of perimeters (remember the contract said I would have all leads in 4 days)
So then completely frustrated my Business partner tried to play good cop and get the leads he did reply to him after not replying to me for days. and then sent him 3 leads one at 5% and one at 3.75% and one that was in perimeters. My partner then emailed him back asking for replacements and the remaining leads still owed, after 4 days still no response so I took this action. He then emailed me a threat calling me brother for the actions I have taken on letting the public know of our transaction.
I can promise I am not bi-polar as they say yet someone that has spent money with a company and had a contract that was not fulfilled and rightfully became very upset. I am now exhausting every avenue to make sure no one else has to endure what I have over $700.00 as some could potentially lose much more.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. To this date I still am yet to get either Jason or a manager or the owner on the phone ONCE with many attempts and still have not received the leads I paid for or my money back. I hope all understand my frustration and understand my temper to be just especially with being called names and me never doing so rather just asking for a refund or what owed as promised.

I'm sorry Bobby however, your view on how things actually went down is a little distorted. You were very impatient and we got off to a bad start.We started one day late and you wrote: "I need you to call me. I at this point am not comfortable I have another outlet that can deliver me exactly what you are claiming for the same price. I do not like the none contact and false promises.. I would like to receive my money back and part ways.

I would say you were freaking out a little bit. We sent you one lead in the wrong state when we sent the first 4 leads and said we would reimburse you, no question. That's just an honest mistake. We delivered refinance leads and you turned them down because the homeowners had 5.75% interest rates. Your slandering may actually get our company more
business. Your own partner said you have a temper.

We are on the same page. Let me do what I need to do on my end with our cc manager.
The cc manager agreed to replace 4 leads.
You called the first lead and said

The first lead was a purchase lead so i am a little confused on that.
Besides that, if somebody starts complaining after they get their first lead
its usually a very bad sign especially if they have been given four leads and
complain before they call the other 3.
Over 4000 clients and 2 complaints is not a big deal. Our record speaks for itself.

Everything was fine. You were just very impatient about getting the leads and
