My husband and I used Last Solutions to try and force a loan modification from our current mortgage lenders. Our friends also used them at the same time. My friends are ages 70 and 92. We did every step exactly as instructed. My husband and I paid too much to Last Solutions because we were trying to save two properties. We have been promised a refund for over 5 months, with no result. My friends house was foreclosed on and sold after being given one postponment required by President Obama's bail out plan. Last Solution's program did absolutely NOTHING to stop the process. When my friend and I called and called and called and emailed and emailed Mac and Jason to get some help, our calls and emails were never returned. The day before my friends house was to go to sale, some random "Susan Roberts" called out of the blue, said her husband was an attorney hired by Last Solutions to help my friend. She said if my friend paid an additional $995.00 they would WRITE A LETTER (FOR A THOUSAND DOLLARS) and stop the foreclosure. My friend sent the money and they supposedly wrote the letter. Susan Roberts told my friend Mac Vanover is now charging $5900.00 for the Last Solutions Program, and "we got a good deal". My friend has never seen a copy of the letter...and Susan will not produce it. Her house sold the next day. She is now looking for a rental and needs to be out of her house in 2 weeks and is 70 and her husband is 92. I insisted that she stop payment on the check, which she did. We have contacted an attorney, and filed a fraud and elder abuse claim and opened an investigation with the police department. Our attorney says this is the worst case of loan modification fraud they have ever seen. The letters could have been written by a 5 year old. The claims they made have no basis in law. It is laughable. The police department says for us to expect to hear from the FBI. Our own house is scheduled to be sold on May 15th...our attorney is working with our mortgage company to try and buy us some time. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone who has been dupped by Last Solutions and Mac Vanover file a fraud complaint and open an investigation with their local police department. Because this was done over the internet, it is a federal offense, and dealt with on a federal level and will be taken very seriously. If anyone wants to hitch a ride with my wave of taking this to the legal mat, please respond to this post and we can all get together and get these people to stop ripping off others.

Hi i was one of the person was rip off from Your last solution net in california please i would like to hear from you David Rody he send me email I want my money back i told him i will be open a investigation Susan and Shaphan he was afro american person with his wife they open a company in californa info@loan-aide-com I spoke to the lawyer he mention the solution doesn't work in california i was very upset they only get my money and after that they change emails and phone numbers was desconected please i be happy to be a witness in court in you need me i want to see this people in jail i do have several emails i would love to speak to the FBI .Please call me at (((ROR redacted))) i will happy to help you . I too have been a victim of this company and nothing that I was promised or paid for came true, and I 3 other families that I know that paid for the program were not helped either. Mac Vanover, Dave Rody, Jason Moch, and the rest of them had all lied to me, not returned my money and I definitely want the FTC to shut them down or the FBI to come in and arrest them all. They are telling people to trust them with their lives and then taking them from right under there feet. Solutions, youlastsolution, and the solutions program is apparantely all the same company is just one giant scam and I want the original poster of this notice to list the contact names and information for the attorneys and fbi agents we can talk to in order to have this company shut down and the the scam artists arrested!
