Your local locksmith False information, rude, hung up without me finishing what I had to say, called and asked why I was calling other companies Atlanta Georgia
First I would like to say I'm grateful to have found a site that allows people like me to vent/warn and deal with unpleasant situations such as the one I'm going to describe. My mother came home from work and in her hurry to do some errands before it got to late, left our house keys on her bedroom dresser. She called your local locksmith about having someone come out and open the door for us. The recipionist was extremely rude and stated it would be 25 for the call fee and 20 or more for the locksmith to actually open the door. my mother called again after looking for other options and this time a man stating the same thing also said the locksmith would be here in about 35 minutes.
An extra phone call was made as about 40-45 minutes passed and the man was still not here. A little less than an hour before he finally showed up. Then he states that the service would be in total 165 dollars!? For a service that lasted less than a minute, you could say she was shocked. Over all the service was horrible, the people were beyond rude and the man had the nerve to call her back asking why she was calling other companies. ( she was calling different numbers but it seemed a few belonged to them, I'm guessing that's how they knew) so to anyone else looking to call this company I would say a big fat don't! Save yourself the headache.
