Your Support Techs has impressive web site and advertises computer repair all over the U.S. What they do is schedule your repair and then hire local repair shops to go to your site to actually do the work. Then Your Support Techs collects the money from the customer then Your Support Techs refuses to pay the local repair shop that did the work and installed the parts leaving the local repair shop trying to collect for the work and parts they provided. They are a major rip-off and you may get sued by the repair shop who got ripped off by Your Support Techs
