I ordereded 4 garden hoses from this company. It took a couple of months for them to ship. The first day I used them, two of them broke. I did not try the other two. I got the directions on how to return them and followed their directions. I didn't get a confirmation after a week so I started emailing them asking for it. After several weeks of no replies I called. They say they never received the hoses. During this time I misplaced the USPS receipt (my mistake) so I can't prove they received the package. USPS is good about returning non-delivered packages. I think this is the reason they would not rely for so long, hoping I would lose my receipt.
This company is a SCAM with cheap products. BE CAREFUL is you do any business with them.
