I have been doing website programming and design for for Yvette Murray and Holisitc World for a number of years. She contacted me early in 2009 to do some work on a new website for her.

I did the work. She was completely happy with it and I sent her the invoice. Initially I told her the payment was due immediately because I had changed my policy and was now requiring payment soon as the work was complete.

The reason I changed my policy was because the year prior, Yvette Murray's brother, Jonathan Murray had constracted me to do some web work for him and I had to chase him for 90 days to finally get paid. The only way I could get him to finally pay me was I login into his site and removed the work I did..which is only fair.

So nevertheless...after this experience I changed my policy. I told Yvette Murray this after I sent her the invoice. She  wasn't happy about it. We had some discussions and I agreed to let her have her 30 days which she was normally used to. She did pay me $200 right away. The total bill was approx $530.

To this day she refuses to pay the balance of her account. She has stated to me in emails that she will pay and she even told me over the phone that she will pay, yet she still has yet to fulfill her end of the agreement.

Now she completely refuses to communicate with me.

I approached this Lady Tracey (Mattewman or a.k.a Selena Daisy-avenue.com) for services this is true. I required some web work to be done quickly. The job was quoted and not written. The quote was for 300.00 dollars with 250.00 down paid via paypal. This was required before work started. This lady does good work but makes alot of reasons why she can't get the job done. Maybe out sourcing! 


Then comes back with an over inflated invoice of 500.00 over the quote. The so called 90 day period was trying to understand how I have a invoice of 500. over the budget We discussed and agreed on with Tracey before Starting the job. She did get paid in full even under disagreement. All I can say is buyer beware. Recently, Tracey has been making liable comments against me which aren't factual or true pending legal action.

End of the day I won't recommend her. When you deal with customers the way she does(Bullying tactics). You have to be straight with your customers. Not ask for money down(which most companies don't pay for the job until it finished)then get huge invoice over what was agreed. Thats the scam!

My personal and company directives are Honesty, integrity, Accountability. Thus why I `ve posted this response because I believe people should know about the full details.
