Zahns Budget Auto Ripped me off for $700 in June 2007 Wausau Wisconsin
I had a 16' Bass Tracker boat for sale in the Stevens Point, WI Buyers Guide in the Spring of 2007. I received a phone call from a Salesman there at Zahns Budget Auto. He wanted me to bring it up & have them sell it on consignment.
I took it up there & signed a contract to "receive no less than $4,000.00. They sold it shortly afterward & called me to come up & get my check. It was for $3,300 & to take it or go to Jail. They shorted me $700.
I argued with everyone at the business including the owner. They all ltold me "to take the check or go to Jail". I took the check & went to their bank & cashed it.
