Zbiddy A Credit Card Ripoff Miami, Florida
Company automatically charges your credit card for $99 when you register with ZBiddy. This is not revealed to you up front. There is no confirmation screen to tell you what is going to happen if you proceed nor a charge invoice presented during the process . I immediately called the Customer Service nimber and asked that the transaction be cancelled as I had no idea that the mere act of registering on the website would result in a charge to my credit card and that I never intended to buy anything from them at the time I registered. I was told that the charging of the card was explain in the Terms of Agreement which I was supposed to have read before registering. If access to such terms were available on the registration screen it was not prominently displayed nor do I recall that there was any direction to it as a key part of the registration process.
