I agree with this article 150%. I ordered a Samsung Eternity today, just a few hours ago. I had been looking for one all week, since my phone fell in a lake and my dad told me to look online for a cheap phone. Of course, cheap phones suck, and you would naturally want a good phone in return. Soon after, I found this phone which cost only $145.99 for a new one! I should have known there was something up with this crazy deal, but I didn't care; I'M GETTING A COOL PHONE! Just as I was paying using PayPal, at the bottom in small font, the words "POOR CONDITION" were labelled near the title. I felt totally ripped off. I emailed them, called them (number was disconnected), and IMed them using their stupid LiveChat and they still haven't replied to my pleas. I now understand how people feel about not having their needs fulfilled, for I'm in their place as well. *FOR MORE INFO, READ MY ARTICLE!
