I recently ordered a copy of my credit report and found some disturbing things listed on there. I saw Zenith acquisition at least three times for things that are not mine. They went to court and obtain a judgment against me with different social security numbers and address. They listed three different SS numbers on my report saying that I was using all of them and an address that I lived at 11 years ago. For crying out loud how can I have 3 SS nuumbers and live in 2 different locations at the same time. They keep pulling my credit report so they know where I live and yet they keep sending letters to a place I left ages ago.

I call them 7 times since 12/08 and they were never able to find me in their system no matter how much information was given to them. I disputed the charges with experian and it came back varified with the balanced owed increased $300. I mean, what the hell is going on with this so-called comapny why they can never tell me anything yet they keep ruining my life.

I was told by Jillian in the collections dept. that my case was sent to their attorney for investigation after I reported them to the BBB. I call them today again and I spoke to someone who could not provide me with any information for a half an hour until she gave me the dial tone. I have to just go ahead and contact a lawyer so that he will handle this nightmare because I have it up to here with those crooks. If I have to I will dispute these charges every month for the next frw years because they will never get a dime from me.
