This business offers "DDOS Protected VPS". Purchased their highest available plan at $25/month.
About 2 weeks after order, the VPS suffered an attack. Zetservers disabled the server and insisted I upgrade to a $99/month plan to retain service. I declined and asked for a refund. Was told that I was "not eligible" for a refund due to being outside of their 7-day refund policy.
This company defaulted on their contract and has scammed me out of approximately $70.

Hello, Our DDoS protection services are sold without guarantees. New attack types can always appear. We work close to our clients to mitigate any new attack types. Most attacks are blocked automatically on the basic DDoS protection plan. There are cases when mitigating an attack can result in bigger costs for us like adding dedicated filtering resources, personalized rules or additional capacity.
