Zhejiang Huanniao Shoes Co., Ltd. Alibaba.com Shoe Company Takes Your Money And Does Not Deliver The Product Wenzhou Zhejiang, China
I went on the Alibaba.com website to find manufacturers for a line of shoes..I contacted the Zhejiang Huanniao Shoes Co in Dec. 2013 to manufacter some shoes for my company. We were told it would take 2 weeks for the sample pair of shoes to be sent.We paid for the samples then we waited.Two weeks passed.Then a month..Then two month.We repearedly contacted the company and asked about out shoes.They kept saying it would take a few days to send the shoes. It has now been almost 6 months and no shoes and they refuse to give us a refund.We contacted Alibaba.com and theywould not be of any assistance to us as well. Alibaba is now getting a reputation as an untrustworthy website to do business with. Alibaba is allowing scam artist to be listed on their site,and when these companies rip people off,Alibaba does nothing about it.So they are compliant in the scam. So if you are in the market to have shoes made,please stay away from Daniel Yu and the Huanniao Shoes company in China,because they will rip you off.
