They are not honest as their name implies. They will send you not as described, and talk you into paying for the shipping that just happen for a CNC Router to cost $81.56 by UPS, back to a US location They say they will refund you for in 24 hours after you send them the tracking number.
Then they will make the excuse they have received empty boxes and wanted to be sure you were being trust worthy to them, then after the package shows up you get no refund and they no longer communicate with you.
DO NOT THINK YOUR HELPING THEM. DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO THEM. eBay requires them to provide a shipping label.

Still no refund for the shipping. March will be 5 years. $81.56 by UPS
They keep saying I wanted more than the shipping or that they did refund shipping. Wrong, they only refunded the cost of the CNC machine $476. I proved to them the UPS shipping costs with the receipt since I sent it exactly the way they wanted it, and even in the same package they shipped it in.
They are a fraud.
They only make it sound like you can trust them. Don't. You'll be sorry.

I said you never refunded shipping as promissed.
You asked me to pay for return shipping. You said to trust you, that you would refund shipping when you make sure you didn't get back an empty box like you have in the past. Also because you were not set up to send return labels and you would refund shipping when received.
You never sent shipping refund as promissed. Prove the PayPal shipping refund!.

the truth is that item works but he had unreasonable request and we cann't fullfill then we have to ask him return it, after returned, payment and shipping fee refund. He make up a story to ask for more money than shipping fee and money he paid.
I will start from the beginning in short：the item works well with the software we supply but our buyer"brosskgm" want it work with another software which is not fit for the machine.
We told him that machine cannot work with other softeware except the one we supply.
After he got this infomation, every message he sent to us can be abbreviated to 3 words"I WANT MONEY"
Through a long time negotiates， he want to return it.
Then we agree, but he opened a case on ebay.
As you know that sometimes ebay case cannot refund money successfully because of system error or when case Escalated, the money will be frozen by paypal.
But he keep saying I want money before actully return the machine.
The machine is value about 476$. we have no choice but refund money after item returned.
We cannot risk on refund money before get return item as we have been cheat by other buyer.
That is a lesson!
As you know, buyer always get more protection than seller on ebay. It's no good for us to refuse refund money to buyer.
If you have a shop on ebay, you will understand me.
After refund the shipping fee that he paid and he told us in person, he come back to us to ask for more.
Then he make up a story that he drive will need oil, who take over the package charge him money bla bla bla
Why? why you told us when we ask how much you cost on returning the machine?
All in all brosskgm want money.
We sell big value machine not equal we are rich people who can give money to liar who got a story!
