Be very leary dealing with Rhonda Ziergler at Ziergler Homes. She seems to think she is above the law and will try to rip you off. Get every word in writing, only correspond through email. She will change prices, saying that the factory is charging more. The factory will not deal with you, they just are interested in selling a home and not being the go between when the deal goes sour. Be prepared to hire an attorney. Check out reviews under this business. She is also registered as Razz, Inc. Don't just take her word for anything, as her word will change......Take your contract to a realestate attorney before signing anything.

Wow, Rhonda, you have outdone yourself with your lies.
We were not homeless, but purchased property, waiting for the home to be delivered. had enough money to put in a septic, drill a well and install electric. We were in a hunting tent, but it was temporary. Because you lied and stole money and a home was not delivered, we landed up buying an rv to live in.
How dare you insult homeless people!
We now are in a nice home, better than the Fleetwood we were going to purchase from you.
Anyone reading this can conttact the Attorney General in Washington, who sided with our case. We even spokke to her bank when she threated to keep our down payment, and the bank manager and she advised us not to put any money into her account.
I would advise anyone dealing with Rhonda to do a complete background che.ck

I am looking for a way to upload the signed contracts with this transaction. In no way have we ever charged a customer more than what the mutually agreed, signed contracts state.
This particular customer was very upset that her home was taking so long to be built in the factory, she in fact showed up to the factory and stated that she was homeless and living in a tent and demanded they finish her home. Her home was delivered while she was away to Italy for 3 weeks, we finished the contracted job and then she hired us to do additional work putting up awnings and concrete patios.
This customer is elderly, her daughter has acted on her behalf all throughout the transaction, we still aren't sure who displayed the review that is nothing more than one lie after another, was it the mother Mary Hill or her daughter Lori Kragerud, our attorney will have to get to the bottom of it.
As business owners since 1998, we realize there are so many scams and dishonest people, we are not a part of that. We would encourage anyone to stop in and ask to see our contract format that both ourselves and the customers sign. We do not allow our sales people to sign anything, we, as the owners of our company sit down with each and every customer and go over the details of the contract so there aren't any mis-understandings. What we can't prevent are customers that seem to come with an entitlement that we somehow should work for free because they are owed something. At the end of the day our company is transparent in nature but we are not a non-profit.
