Zillionaire Realty Inc. Nicholas Upchurch Zillionaire Realty and Nicholas Upchurch Scam Florida! Miami Beach Florida
I was looking for a Condo in Miami and decided to check out Craigslist.com and ran across a cool property with a nice location. It turned out that the owner of the Condo I was interested in Nicholas Upchurch was living in this unit. He had mentioned that he was looking for a roomate and would give me a good deal.
My instinct told me to be careful he seemed like an ok guy at first , but after a week he began calling me sometimes 5 times a day to see if i had made a decision. I began to feel really wierd about the entire situation. Then almost immediately after I started getting really strange and perverted emails and phone calls from someone saying they wanted to "lick" my body and some other very vulgar and strange sexual stuff. Something told me it was Nicholas Upchurch.. well a few weeks go by and I decided to move into a different Condo in South beach and met a nice girl who had looked at the same condo that Upchurch owned and had the exact same experience!! She was put in a very uncomforatable situation also when Nicholas Upchurch tried to come on to her rather forcefully in the Condo and then after she began getting the same emails and phone calls. I decided to google his phone number and found a blog a young girl had posted about upchurch and talked about how he was trying to pick her up in a yahoo chat room . Turns out the girl was young, not even 18. Nicholas Upchurch is a pervert and a weirdo please beware of him in the Miami area!
