Complaint Review: zimmerman construction company - WESLEY CHAPEL Florida

DO NOT DEAL WITH ZIMMERMAN CONSTRUCTION OR ITS OWNER GORDON ZIMMERMAN AKA  GORDY  ZIMMERMAn.he is a thief, a con artist and we are bringing him to trial, and 60 days later after we have obtained a judgment will be proceeding against him by the STATE OF FLORIDA and THE COUNTY AUTHORITIES to CHARGE HIM CRIMINALLY for THEFT.

IN ADDITION, we have brought complaints against him and his company to The ATTORNEY GENERAL - STATE OF FLORIDA , The FDLE , The Department of Business & Financial Regulations, The Hillsborough District Attorney, The Secretary of State -Division of Corporations, The Department of Regulations, The Department of Permits, and each one of these entities will be conducting their own CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION into this LOW LIFE - This Thief - This Con Artist, with strong possibilities of bringing CRIMINAL CHARGES against him directly. In addition, we have been told that they may suspend his Business License, and bring other charges against him.

Gordon Zimmerman  aka GORDY ZIMMERMAN is a THIEF. He hired a sub-contractor do assist him in a home modeling contract and the outside company he hired by the name of PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES, Inc. was RIPPED OFF... YES.... RIPPED OFF by this THIEF (  GORDON  ZIMMERMAN & ZIMMERMAN CONSTRUCTION ) . Zimmerman was PAID by the Client in FULL , but GORDON ZIMMERMAN STOLE THE MONEY and refused to pay his sub-contractors.

There is far more to the story. It seems Gordon Zimmerman was in FINANCIAL TROUBLES with his BUSINESS and with his wife filing for a DIVORCE. In addition, it was learned that his home was going iunto FORECLOSURE. Desperate for money, HE STOLE the money from a contract and used " THAT MONEY " to cover his " a*s" in mounting bills that were choaking him personally. The GALL... how do you SCREW other people by taking money due to to BAIL YOUR a*s OUT OF PROBLEMS that had NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.

THIS LOW LIFE - THIS TRASH - THIS THIEF was and is only thinking about HIMSELF... GORDON ZIMMERMAN. He USED PEOPLE and THEIR COMPANIES to GET CASH to bail himself out of DIVORCE PROCEEDDINGS, OUT OF A FAILING BUSINESS, and out of a FORCLOSURE proceeding that is still going on.

WHAT A PAIR OF BALLS !!  How do you go home to your own family and tell your wife and kids you weren't PAID A PENNY after weeks of HARD WORJK, because a p***k, A THIEF, A LIAR STOLE YOUR MONEY OFF A CONSTRUCTION JOB SITE to PAY HIS OWN BILLS WITH YOUR MONEY . HOW DO YOU NOW SUPPORT YOUR OWN FAMILY ? HOW DO YOU SURVIVE NOW WITH NO MONEY ?

THIS IS A LOW THAT IS GOING TO GET HIS JUST REWARDS FROM AN UPCOMING LAWSUIT FOR THEFT, FOLLOWED BY CRIMINAL CHARGES 60 DAYS LATER BY THE STATE & LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
