Kevin & Mindy also specialize in requesting court dates and canceling them. They take care of everything for you! They are so GOOD at what they do they don't even have to bother you and ask you if that is what you wanted to do. They SCREW up your LIFE for you FREE of CHARGE!! They advertise they can handle any type of Legal Issue and they specialize in nothing except how to constantly bill you for services not performed. They even have a special discount they give you on phone calls to them. Talk to Kevin for 1 minute and get charged for 15 minutes $61.50 for 1 minute sounds like a good deal to me. Just to make sure you get their letters they will send it 5 times and bill you for 10 times. They may even reword it for you. They also specialize in suing the wrong companies 3 plus more times even when you give them all of the information. You may get Lucky and only be delayed 1 year instead of 2. If it is a Divorce they want to make sure your soon to be x spouse has enough time to STEAL everything that your Lawyer is suppose to protect from happening. If you get real Lucky he may only Bill you for another 2 years for all of the work he did to insure you have absolutly nothing left when he gets done doing nothing. They are really good at charging for letters, postage, voicemails,scheduling court dates then cancelling them, sending Bills for service's he did not perform, not showing up in court without telling you he is sending an unseasoned Attorney! He will even make sure they know nothing about your case that you lay awake at night PRAYING your Attorney protects everything you have ever worked for in your whole life. They work hard at making sure you have no money,no place to live, no assetts, no furniture, and no way to communicate with them, because after they do all of that to you and now you can't pay they even refuse to talk to you, so if you want your spouse to get everything Kevin and Mindy are the Best Lawyers (Liers) to get.They will tell you everything you want to hear and then either do nothing or do the opposite of your instructions so they can keep charging you for no representaion. Just remember you employ them and without us Clients they wouldn't have a job. They are just like everyone else and they think because they are so called Attorney's they can do what ever they want. Well they have RULES to follow to when they took their othe and if they don't there are consiquences to suffer just like un Clients suffer when they don't do their job right.

Obviously, this firm represented you in a divorce proceeding.
Obviously, things didn't turn out the way you would have liked.
Now, it sounds like your ex-spouse's lawyer did a GREAT job for him/her. So where's the ripoff?
If you have some VIABLE ethical complaints, I would suggest taking them up with the state bar. Alternatively, if you think you were REALLY done wrong, you can file a legal malpractice suit against your own attorney.
If your opponent's attorney, in a divorce proceeding, took you for all you were worth, then it sounds to me like he did a pretty good job. I would recccommend him to my friends and family.
