Zoomis offers compact binoculars for $10 plus $7.90 P&H. when you place the order they (with out your knowledgeand onsent) quadruple the P&H. When you call them on it.They tell you they have no record. When you call the next day they tell you it has been shipped and cannot be cancelled. My point here is the FRAUD FACTOR. unauthorized charges.
