The landlord doesn't take responsibility for maintaining the 3 duplex apartments he rents out- according to the FL Statute Landlord Tenant Act. The apartments are infested with roaches, swarming termites, spiders and mice. He refuses to repair roof leaks, which damaged furniture, clothes and left mold in the apartment. He doesn't provide heat during the winter months. He doesn't provide secure locks on the front door.
