ZURICH AMERICIAN INSURANCE YOU PAY THIER PREMIUMS WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY Jamaica New York
I had a accident I was told by 2 well respected MD where I live that I cannot drive a truck ever agian Zurich sent it to one of thier MDs they said I could have went back to driving 2 days after accident. The ER MD told me Icould'nt drive a truck untill seen by a Neurolgist the Neurolgist I seen told me I can never drive a truck ever agian. My MD also disqualified from driving. 4 + months I haven't recieved nothing .
Now they want me to see another MD of thier choosing next month. I thought that When you pay for thier service thier supposed to be thier for you not fight you you like your sueing them. I'm not trying to get anything accept what coming to me.thier fighting it like I'm sueing them. I think thier not opperating on good faith!!!!! TRUCKERS IF YOU HAVE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY YOU NEED TO DEMAND SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!

Zurich has been ruled against for this very tactic in Texas.
The Courts forced them to pay. You were the Insurance Holder? (e.g. The one who actually purchased the policy, not an employee of a company) If you get a good Attorney and it has not been longer than 24 months, Sue the Crappoutta Them. You'll win
