Dispute the charges as fraudulent. It seems they do not have the slightest idea why they charged you , so I do not think so they can provide ANY proof to your credit card company that you are responsible in any way for this charge. To get more information about this shady ex-company (there are rumors, they are no longer in business)call: Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service, Seller of Travel Division, 1-850-410-3805

Emily, Dispute the charge with your credit card company ASAP. You have to do it within a timeframe - 30 days or 60 days or something like that - so you should do it today, if possible (since it's already 7/9 and the charge was made on 6/11). The credit card company will investigate the charge & the company will have to provide proof that you made the purchase. If they can't, you won't be responsible for it. I believe they have to respond within a particular timeframe, as well, so they can't give the credit card company the same run-around they've been giving you. Best of luck...
