I will tell you first hand how to handle your situation and would like all to know this company only has 4 customer service reps and we all really do care and KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!! The only problem is it would cost us our job to tell the consumers the truth! So instead we continue doing our absolute best to HELP you get your money back! I know many times I whispered to my customers exactly what to do. SO PLEASE if you're involved with this company understand being mean or rude to the CSR wont do you any good they may seem not to care but really we were almost as helpless as you. Now for some people the package can really work HONESTLY!!! But for most it is no where near worth 417.00 So you want your money back? Than this is what you do...What we were instructed to do is either CONVINCE you to keep it or stall you untill 60 days are up from your purchase date. 60 days? YES Because after 60days you cannot do a charge back through your bank! You may not realize it but your bank really does protect you against fraud like this. Call them explain your situation and the most important this is to MAKE SURE YOU SENT THE PACKAGE BACK AND HAVE PROOF THEY RECIEVED IT!!!!!!!!! Because if you cant prove they got it they'll say they didn't and you wont get your money. Also if you just got your package you supposedly have 7 days to return it so you could try that but more than likely its a waste! Good Luck and I would also like to add that Zybertour is still opperating however this so-called package is no longer on the market. Thanks to all of everyones complaints!

I have tried to have my credit card credited for the $417.00. I too, tried to call zybertour and was treated the same as you were treated. I filed a fradulent form with Capital One and they are investigating this company. They said they have heard about this company before. I sure hope they will eventually credit my account. I will NEVER give out this kind of information again, to anyone.

Please also be advised that when you do try to call Zybertour, a voice mail keeps coming on saying that "the voice box for Zybertour is full". When you do finally get a person to speak too they try to get you off the phone as soon as possible, plus they are very rude to you especially when you are trying to find out about your refund. Also, it seems that noone there really knows what is going on, I really do wonder what kind of business this is.
