Kasey, Apparently your order (#150069) was never shipped. Once again I apologize for that. I have no explanation or excuse to offer; I am not sure what happened. All of the items from your order are, and have been in stock - clearly that fell through the cracks. I wish we had been aware of that sooner, or had been given a chance to rectify that before this complaint was filed. In fact, I don't see a single email from you at all, before or after this complaint was filed. As stated in an email to you on 2/18 @ 2:37pm, which we have not yet received a response, this order has been cancelled, and your credit card has been refunded for the full amount (refund transaction ID #1029964097). With that being said, considering that we have not heard anything from you regarding this order telling us otherwise, I will assume that the cancellation of this order & the refund is acceptable to you, and will therefore consider this matter to be resolved.
