APT Travel's mini-bus broke down en route to Halong City. We waited for 3 hours in sweltering heat for another bus. This bus completed the journey but the tour guide announced that no boat was available, that those wishing to continue would have to find accommodation in Halong City ...

APT TRAVEL of Hanoi could have cost us our lives. APT TRAVEL of Hanoi have no concept of their obligation to guarantee the safety and welfare of their paying customers.
