APT Travel Of Hanoi APT Travel cheated me and ruined my tour Hanoi Vietnam
APT Travel's mini-bus broke down en route to Halong City. We waited for 3 hours in sweltering heat for another bus. This bus completed the journey but the tour guide announced that no boat was available, that those wishing to continue would have to find accommodation in Halong City at their own expense or could return to Hanoi. It was made quite clear:THERE WOULD BE NO REFUNDS. I opted for the night in HC, and a boat took us to see something of Halong Bay and we spent the night on board, but there was not enough food, the cabin a/c did not work, and we were choked by diesel fuels.
I could go on but won't.
