Dealer Warranty Services. St. Charles, Missouri 63301 Scam.. I received the card, called the number & asked to check and see what kind of car is it that I drive. He asked for the ID number on the front of the post card and then came back and said well, this can be for any car. That's when I said... I am turning your company over to the attorney generals office in Missouri, as well as the state of Texas for investigation.. end of call St. Charles Missouri
