First Bank Of Marin rip-off! They're charging me for an account that was never used. Los Angeles California
Back in August of 1999 I received a pre-approval in the mail for a Visa card with a fee of $49.99. With in 3 weeks I received the card with a limit of $350.00, I never used the card because Of the intrest rate so I call and tell them to cancel the card I as well mailed them the card...
