I Heart/Napster For almost a year now, I have had a charge come through my bank account for $9.99. I tried to remember who it was and why I signed up for this and nothing came to mind. I kept trying to remember, going through my notes of all my accounts etc., only to come up dumbfounded. I kept trying to pull up IHeart/Nap, which is how it appears on my bank statements. Nothing came up. I thought maybe it was something from youtube, so I tried to pull it up from there, nothing showed. I had lost my bank card and had to get a new one. I thought well maybe I won't see that charge anymore, because I don't know who they are to give them my new info. I'll be daggone if it still didn't come up. Somehow they got hold of my new card info. Which not only scarred me, but it ticked me off too. How could they get my new info when I know I had not given it to them. I tried again to pull their name up and found it on here. I read the other person's story and realized this had to have happened when I signed for a brief month of I Heart Radio. I have long cancelled that account, but don't understand how this account came about. I'm going to try to stop this through my bank, but I have a feeling it won't be easy. Please, stay away from them and be very, very careful when entering into a contract with I Heart Radio. They did me right, but not the other part of them. signed me up for a bogus account that I had no knowledge of and have been charging me $9.99 a month for a service that does not exist.
iHeart/Napster, for almost a year now has been taking $9.99 from bank account. I don't know this company and never signed up with them. I kept trying to pull them up online and nothing showed for them. No website, or contact of any sort.
