Midland Funding / Pollack & Rosen, P.A. Midland Funding After settling on 3/17, was charged on 9/1 an additional $200 on a dormant account. That charge overdrew the account. Cannot get answers. Coral Gables, Florida
After settling a dipute (with all corresponding paperwork) on 3/17/009. Recieved a Paid in Full with no further action.
On 9/1/09, was initiated a Telephone Payment of $200 on a dormat account I no longer use, which in turn overdrafted it.
Unable to get answers from Pollack...
